Description

Glutamine is an amino acid that is used in cell culture medium. Since the stability of this amino acid depends on factors such as temperature, pH, and time, it may be degraded under unsuitable conditions in the culture medium. Therefore, its concentration in the culture medium depends on the type of cell in which it grows, and the glutamine concentration should be adjusted and, if necessary, added based on the cell under study.
