COL7A1 SegCheck™ Kit v1.2

The COL7A1 SegCheck™ Kit v1.2 is a molecular diagnostic kit that quickly identifies Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) of the Butterfly type or other genetically diverse skin diseases, along with common numerical chromosome disorders or aneuploidy in chromosomes 13, 18, 21, X, and Y. This diagnostic kit is based on 18 markers, including 5 STR markers with high heterozygosity upstream and downstream of the COL7A1 gene, 7 markers for primary screening of common chromosomal disorders using (QF-PCR), one amelogenin (AMXY) marker, 2 Segmental Duplication markers, and 3 X-STR and Y-STR markers. The kit can be applied to purified DNA samples from blood and DNA Card Holder (DBC) produced by Kawsar Biotechnological Company.
