Male Infertility (Y Chromosome) Detection Kit ,AZFcheck™ Kit v4.2 is a molecular diagnostic kit based on Multiplex PCR, designed for the detection of Y chromosome microdeletions associated with male infertility. Microdeletions in the Azoospermia Factor (AZF) region are among the important genetic causes of male infertility, and their detection can contribute to the investigation of infertility and decision-making regarding assisted reproductive techniques.

This kit enables the simultaneous analysis of 29 markers in a single reaction, including 26 STS markers, 2 SD markers, and 1 STR marker. The kit markers have been designed and selected based on the EAA/EMQN Best Practice Guidelines for the molecular diagnosis of Y chromosome microdeletions.

In AZFcheck™ Kit v4.2, target regions are amplified using fluorescent Multiplex PCR, and the PCR products are analyzed by capillary electrophoresis. The kit also enables the investigation of sex chromosome abnormalities, including Klinefelter syndrome.

AZFcheck™ Kit v4.2 is compatible with ABI 3130/3130xl and ABI 3500/3500xL Genetic Analyzer systems, and the results can be analyzed using GeneMapper® and GeneMarker® software.
