Description
Until today, various types of heat-resistant DNA polymerases have been discovered from different thermophilic organisms, most of which have their own specific characteristics that exhibit different efficiencies under different conditions. KBC Taq Plus DNA Polymerase is a variant of Taq DNA polymerase offering enhanced features or improved performance. Due to its ideal buffer composition, this enzyme has a higher functional range and longer lifespan for amplifying various DNA fragments, especially larger ones or multiple fragments simultaneously.
Features
Features and advantages:
- Suitable for use in Multiplex PCR
