Description

DBC™ Washing Buffer بافری است تخصصی که برای تخلیص اسید نوکلئیک ذخیره شده در کارت‌های نگهداری DNA (DBC™) طراحی شده است. این محصول با حذف هموگلوبین، ممانعت‌کننده‌های PCR و سایر ترکیبات اضافی از کارت‌ها، به طور موثری باعث بهبود عملکرد PCR می‌شود. استفاده از این بافر باعث افزایش کیفیت DNA استخراج شده می شود و به پژوهشگران امکان می‌دهد تا نتایج دقیق‌تر و کارآمدتری در آزمایشات مولکولی خود به دست آورند.
