The KBC MC5 v3 Matrix Standard from Kawsar Biotechnology is a professional matrix designed for spectral calibration of genetic analyzers, fully compatible with 2- to 5-color systems. This matrix contains five single-stranded DNA fragments, each labeled with a distinct fluorescent dye: KBC460B, KBC420G, KBC380Y, KBC340R, and KBC260O. Using KBC MC5 v3 ensures accurate, clean DNA analysis by preventing spectral overlap between fluorescent dyes.
Designed for Applied Biosystems™ 3130/xL and 3500/xL series, KBC MC5 v3 is essential for precise Fragment Analysis and DNA sequencing. The matrix is included with Kawsar multiplex PCR kits and is also available for separate purchase (Cat. KBC-310304).
