It contains a selected set of alleles corresponding to the STR markers included in the kit and provides reference allele positions to support accurate <strong>allele identification and calling (Allele Calling)<\/strong> during STR data analysis.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The <strong>IRFiling&#x2122; v2.2 Allelic Ladder<\/strong> contains selected alleles for 17 markers: <strong>AMXY, D7S820, D21S11, VWA, D3S1358, D19S433, D8S1179, D13S317, CSF1PO, D2S1338, TH01, D5S818, TPOX, SE33, D16S539, D18S51, and FGA<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">For analysis, the Allelic Ladder is prepared in the same manner as a <strong>PCR product<\/strong> and electrophoresed alongside the samples using a Genetic Analyzer. Following capillary electrophoresis, the Allelic Ladder data file is analyzed together with the sample files using STR analysis software such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thermofisher.com\/tr\/en\/home\/industrial\/forensics\/human-identification\/forensic-dna-analysis\/forensic-dna-data-interpretation\/genemapper-id-x-software.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GeneMapper&#x2122; ID-X<\/a>.
