This product contains a selected set of alleles for the kit&#8217;s STR markers, and by providing the reference positions of the alleles, it helps ensure accurate allele identification and designation (Allele Calling) in analysis software.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This Allelic Ladder includes selected alleles for the markers AMXY, D7S820, D21S11, VWA, D3S1358, D19S433, D8S1179, D13S317, CSF1PO, D2S1338, TH01, D5S818, TPOX, SE33, D16S539, D18S51, and FGA.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">For analysis, the Allelic Ladder is prepared just like a PCR product and is electrophoresed alongside the samples on a Genetic Analyzer. After electrophoresis, the Ladder file is imported together with the sample files into an analysis software such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thermofisher.com\/tr\/en\/home\/industrial\/forensics\/human-identification\/forensic-dna-analysis\/forensic-dna-data-interpretation\/genemapper-id-x-software.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">GeneMapper&#x2122; ID\/ID-X<\/a>.
