This product contains a selected set of alleles for the kit&#8217;s STR markers, and by providing the reference positions of the alleles, it helps ensure accurate allele identification and designation (Allele Calling) in analysis software.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">This Allelic Ladder includes selected alleles for the markers HTG7, VHL20, CA425, HTG10, HMS3, KBC51, ASB17, AHT5, HMS2, AHT4, HTG6, ASB2, LEX3, HTG4, ASB23, HMS7, ASB25, HMS6, SRY, HMS1, AMXY, and KBC71.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">For analysis, the Allelic Ladder is prepared just like a PCR product and is electrophoresed alongside the samples on a Genetic Analyzer.
