This diagnostic kit is based on 18 markers, including 7 STR markers with high heterozygosity upstream and downstream of the F9 gene, 7 markers for primary screening of common chromosomal disorders based on (QF-PCR), one amelogenin (AMXY) marker, and one Y-STR marker. This kit can be used on purified DNA samples from blood and DNA card (DBC) products of Kowsar Biotechnology Company.
